Prices

The price confirmed to you is correct at the time of booking. We reserve the right to revise pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under any circumstances, or on the pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance changes in exchange rate, government action etc.

Tickets

Travel vouchers may be sent by automated email or by post within 10 days of booking. The voucher will provide appropriate information to hand in upon your arrival. Please take care of your voucher as failure to present it may result in issues with your booking. No refunds for unused elements of your booking can be made, as they will be treated as cancellations.
It is your responsibility to take care of any vouchers issued as these cannot be replaced.

Personal Health & Safety

if you have any special requests, please advise us at time of booking. If you have any medical problem or disability which may affect your arrangements, you must advise us in writing before booking giving full details. Regrettably, many overseas destinations do not have even basic facilities required by disabled travelers. If we feel unable to properly accommodate your particular needs, we must reserve the right to decline/cancel your booking.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have arranged appropriate travel insurance prior to the commencement of your trip.

Requests for accommodation as part of a trekking or tour package
we will happily approach Travel Providers to request a certain type of accommodation. This is all part of our service.
Special requests
although we will Endeavour to pass any reasonable request on to your Travel Provider, we are unable to guarantee that the request will be met.

Accommodation Duration

Accommodation through the hotel booking engine is available on a nightly basis. 

What is included in the price?

Hotel prices shown on the hotel booking engine are based upon the information you supply. Please note quoted prices may not include all taxes, service charges so please check at time of booking on line. Please specify required meal arrangements. Local charges may also apply.

Star ratings

These are as specified through the hotel booking engine and are based on the range of standard facilities, the quality of the furnishings, the quality and range of the food outlets, and the overall level of service.

Overseas accommodation

Overseas accommodation is usually subject to a tourist tax which will be payable locally. Check in / check out times vary by property but as a rule, please use this guide:

  • Check in: 3pm
  • Check out: 12pm

Rooms may be kept on later, to be agreed with the property direct, for an extra charge.

Website accuracy

we take no responsibility for information relating to that found on the hotel booking engine. We cannot accept liability for errors or omissions in the descriptions.

Airline bookings

The service we provide for you in respect of a sale of an airline ticket will involve us searching the relevant airline databases, and then, if you choose to buy, we will purchase the flight seats on your behalf directly from the airline or Travel Provider.
These Agency Terms of Business and the Booking Conditions of the airline will apply to your booking. The Booking Conditions will be deemed to be incorporated into this contract.

Fuel surcharges

our excursion Travel Providers may impose a fuel surcharge of up to 7.5%, which we will advise you about as soon as we are informed.

Publicity

You agree that Skyline Treks & Expedition P. ltd may use images of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only through whatever medium it chooses.
