This is a popular tour offering both a cultural and educational experience and a natural appreciation of the some of the most breathtaking sights of the Himalayas. You will have the opportunity to explore the mysterious ancient city of Kathmandu. You will visit the impressive complex of one of the holiest Hindu temples, Pashupatinath, and the world renowned Buddhist stupas of Boudhanath and Swambhunath. You will enjoy an exciting river rafting adventure on the Trisuli River on your way to Pokhara, the second most popular destination in this diverse country. Pokhara offers lakeside leisure with stupendous views of the majestic Himalayas, and your sightseeing tour will let you experience some of its secrets before your return to Kathmandu.

Similarly, Tourist Visa with Multiple Entry for 100 days can be obtained by paying about $100 USD.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, transfer to hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu Valley
If weather permits, early morning Mt. Everest flight( Extra cost of $160 USD), visit Pashupatinath, situated 5 km east of Kathmandu. The temple of Lord Shiva, Pathupatinath with its two-tiered golden roof and silver doors is considered one of the holiest Hindu shrines. You will then visit Boudhanath, which lies 3kms east of Pashupati. This ancient colossal Buddhist stupa is one of the biggest in the world. It was listed as a UNESCO Heritage Monument in 1979. After lunch you will proceed to Swayambhunath, one of the world’s most glorious Buddhist chaityas. It is said to be 2000 years old. Painted on the four sides of the spire base are the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. Next you will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square where you will see the Taleju Temple, built by King Mahendra Malla in 1549 A.D.; Kal Bhairav, the God of destruction; Nautale Durbar; Nasal Chowk; Gaddi Baithak; the statue of King Pratap Malla and Jagannath. Overnight at hotel

Day 03: Kathmandu – Pokhara
Early morning after breakfast drive to Pokhara. Enroute you will enjoy 3 hours of white water rafting on the Trisuli River. have lunch and a further drive to Pokhara. Check into the hotel, evening for personal activities and 1-hour boating on Fewa lake. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel

Day 04: Pokhara Valley Sightseeing
After breakfast you will start Pokhara Valley sightseeing, covering Seti Gorge, Bindabasini Temple, Davi’s Falls and Mahadev Cave and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Pokhara to Kathmandu
It’s an early morning start by tourist bus to Kathmandu which takes about 6 hours. You will have some spare time at hotel until we have a welcome back dinner followed by a Nepali cultural program.

Day 06:  Transfer to the airport for your final departure.
After breakfast, you are free till the time of check out. Transfer to Tribhuwan International Airport to catch your return flight or continue with other activities.
